MyTeamAgent uses Cloudflare Access to protect company workspaces. Follow the steps below and you can request a fresh code, switch email addresses, or clear an old session at any time.

- 1Request a fresh codeEnter the email assigned to your company workspace. Each new request cancels the previous code.
- 2Keep the login tab openReturn to the same Cloudflare login tab after opening your inbox.
- 3Copy and paste the PINPaste the numeric code into the login screen within 10 minutes. Do not use an older email.
If Cloudflare says the code was already usedYour email security scanner may have opened the sign-in link first. Return here, request one new code, and paste the PIN instead of opening the email link.
